Prices and Booking

Bookings are confirmed through the secure Nexi payment link we send by email or WhatsApp, according to the method communicated case by case: a non-refundable advance payment of the first night (deposit), a non-refundable advance payment of the whole stay, or a simple credit-card verification with no immediate charge ("guaranteed booking"). Any remaining balance is paid on arrival at the hostel.

For bookings confirmed by card verification only, cancellations made up to 7 days before the expected date of arrival do not involve any cost; late cancellations or no-shows (check-in closes at 1:00 AM) result in a charge for the first night.

Amounts paid in advance (deposit or full stay, including bank transfers) are non-refundable in any case of cancellation or no-show.

Cancellations will be considered valid only if received in writing.

Different prices on online agencies are due to the different cancellation policies they apply.

The personal data you provide through this form (name, email, phone, dates and stay details) are processed to handle your booking or information request and the related pre-contractual and contractual relations, and to comply with legal obligations, including those of a fiscal and accounting nature. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures and compliance with legal obligations. Providing the data is optional but necessary to process your request; the data are not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes and are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes and as required by law.

Subject to your consent, given through the cookie banner, we also use third-party analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, managed through Google Tag Manager) to analyse browsing and measure advertising campaigns. The legal basis is consent, which is optional and can be withdrawn at any time; these tools may involve the transfer of data to the United States on the basis of adequate safeguards. You may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent) by writing to staff@centralhostelbg.com, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority, "Garante").
